I am losing my voice and my ear hurts like hell.

So you guys know, that lately, I've been coming back to rawang a lot. i mean in the past two weeks i've been here at least five days or so. that's a lot. and especially travelling between rawang and sunway right? Anyways, i've been doing that for three reasons.
1. I am helping the kids with choir this year, for the past few days.
2. I miss them LOADS.
3. I'm starting college on monday.

It's been pretty cool. This year they are singing "Think Of Me", the song from the Phantom of the Opera, and "Gemilang". They are actually pretty good. I think this year they might be better than we were last year. I just hope though, that they realise that at this point, its just not about winning. It's also about having fun. You know what i've realised this two years in choir? No u dont, cos i havent told you. So let me freaking tell you. Its like, in high school, you always have these different cliques and people u never thought you'd mix with. But it's like when they join choir, it's a whole different story. Everyone is so close and all that. I mean, i remember what it was like. Its like, why do you think i'm really close to the Dhes and Joan Marie now? I mean, i've known them since i was 12 and they were 10 That's like, six years. And we were kids then, you know and we were really close and all that. And when i went on to secondary school and we sort of.. never really crossed paths and we weren't so close anymore.

But then last year, we were all in choir. And look at us now. We're so close. Dhedheboo and Doodoo are like two of my closest friends now. See, that's what i mean. That's the thing about music. Music brings people together. The love for music and the love of singing. It brought us together as a group and look where we are today. We're close. We may not live in the same city anymore, or see each other everyday in school anymore, but i dont know, i love them, and hopefully they love me too. Even Ann. =)

So my point is, i just hope that this year, choir, brings them together like it did us. Look at us last year, we didnt win. But we sang our hearts out and we had so much fun that day. If you go to facebook and look at all the pictures me and nikki uploaded we had like THREAD and THREADS of comments on EACH and almost every single picture. we had fun! Isn't that what matters the most?

Anyways. I know it's probably too late for this post cos they're probably sleeping. But i hope u kids all perform with your heart and soul. Give it your all. that's what its all about.
