I'm slightly afraid now. I guess my parents know me better than I thought. They kind of figured that with me being out all the time that I have a new boyfriend and all that. So this morning in the car Dad was all like, if you have a boyfriend we want to know about it, we support you and blablabla. I just kept quiet and then i suddenly went "If you knew who it is, you'd kill me." And he knew I suppose, he just looked at me and said, "African?" And I said yes. The look on his face changed. Just changed. I dont think he's very happy about it.
I kinda just told him that we're only dating and not in a relationship and dad said "invest your emotions in more tangible things" and "people who dont have that much freedom are the ones that rebel, not the ones who have all the freedom."
I really dont think he's happy with it. But he'll come around, i hope.
